Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes from Seinfeld season four. Barone was a chef known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone appeared as a regular in the show Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife when she made her debut appearance in Friends. Jane Sibbett took over her part after Barone quit the show to focus on her full-time job. Barone was the lead in The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season between 1995 and 1996 as well as The War at Home, from 2005 to 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio, a sitcom that aired in 2000. Barone is also credited on television which include Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone was cast as the mother of Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in the year 2010 - just three years following The War at Home concluded it's running. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who was the husband of Barone's character.
